Voice Professional i Stockholm AB (down below mentioned as “Voice”), org. nr 556477-0823 with following owned internet sites and brands:, and, hereby explain our routines of collecting, using, saving and protect your personal information against 3rd part.

Voice with the mentioned brands above, collects basic information about you to be able to provide you with the services that you have asked us to provide, such as:

  • • social security number/ personnummer
  • • name
  • • contact details: post address, e-mail address/-es, tel, nr
  • • pictures of you
  • • sizes of your body, feet etc
  • • voice samples (id named/ tagged as your first name and initials of your family name)
  • • bank and account number/-s
  • • we also keep data regarding payment etc. that we are obliged by Swedish law.

Voice only keep detailed information we need to maintain the service and be able to fulfill our commitments as a service provider to you. The information above is only used by employees within Voice Professional. No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with updates and funding information, marketing, analysis services in line with this overall contract. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.
Voice will keep your data due to what the tax law requires.
Your information we use for marketing & newsletter purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

It is your responsibility to contact us in writing, if you want us to remove all data of you. If so, we consider the co operation between Voce and you ended by the date the deletion is made.

As a customer to Voice, your requests in mail, will be stored 1 year automatically. If you ask us to remove the mail data after this year, we will do it after a written request.

We keep your information in datacenters within the European Union.
For technical reasons, our application vendors may transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area. When this is the case, we use appropriate safeguards, namely the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and Privacy Shield.

You can request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
You can demand that we erase your information. We are not allowed to erase information about you that the law requires us to keep. You can ask us to transfer your information from our IT environment to another, either to another company’s or your own. This does not apply to information about you that the law requires us to keep. You can withdraw your consent for sharing your usage data or receiving marketing information at any time. You can do that by sending an e-mail to us. You can lodge a complaint with us or your local data protection authority at any time.
